David’s twenty years of real world experiences is highlighted by contributions in the areas of strategic, financial, and tactical management practices that have improved sales results, gain operational efficiencies, and increased profitability. Recently David has led the development of a national program management office delivering telecommunications solutions to domestic and international markets through such roles as Director of Network System Engineering for Verizon, Vice President of Network Integrators, Inc., Vice President and General Manager of Services for XEL Communications Inc., and Vice President of Services for the Verilink Corporation and Verso Technologies. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1988 through 1993. He received the Air Force Achievement Medal (1991), the Air Force Commendation Medal (1993) for outstanding technical achievements and the coveted John Levitow award for outstanding leadership.
He has a B.S. degree in Technology and Management from the University of Maryland. He has been certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is certified in Six Sigma as well.
