Quality Assurance

The Arcanum Group’s quality management program in support of task orders is managed in accordance with specific task order requirements and with ISO 9001 Quality Management standards. TAG employs upfront planning and analysis to ensure that our Program Manager, personnel, and capabilities are aligned in advance to pending task order requirements. The first measure applied to our Quality Management Plan and its execution is the ability of the plan to sustainably support the delivery of quality, and the ability to measure quality in alignment with specific task order requirements and performance metrics.

As a part of the quality program planning and task order alignment process, we define a specific inspection point and workflow plan for the implementation of our Quality Management Program. A set of detailed inspection description checklists is created to support the effort. These checklists define each inspection and the expected standard.

Our Quality Management plans are localized to each zone supported. This localization is designed to ensure that regional and local directives, facility directives, and localized procedures are incorporated within the Quality Plan.

Quality risk management takes many forms during our performance of task order requirements. Key considerations with respect to quality risk include ensuring that quality measurements provide indications of risk as soon as possible, rotating select quality monitoring and inspection functions to ensure quality system/personnel activities within do not represent risk, and ensuring staff training and orientation, as well as recurring education, focuses on key risks to the delivery of professional services.
