Our construction managers, inspectors, and engineers help to deliver your agency’s projects better, faster, and within budget by identifying and solving problems before they impact the project.

Construction Management
Our Construction Managers provide construction project oversight and management services, balancing the day-to-day details with big-picture elements. They expertly perform services including onsite inspections, risk management, schedule and budget monitoring, requirement clarifications and submittal reviews, documentation, change management, and meeting facilitation. They ensure that your important construction projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget. Our Construction Managers hold a variety of credentials including Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certifications.
Our Construction Project Managers (PM) provide end-to-end project execution services, guiding and overseeing operations for your most complex construction projects, from concept, budgeting, and planning through final inspections and warranty oversight. They build the best construction teams for the job, including the selection of construction managers; maintain and organize legal documentation; perform comprehensive scheduling; and are always available to assist in addressing issues or to meet with clients. In addition to higher education degrees, our Construction PMs hold a variety of credentials including Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certifications.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES
TAG understands that delivering high-integrity inspections performed by competent, qualified, motivated, and experienced team members is a key factor in achieving a quality construction outcome. That high standard is a guiding principle that our inspection services bring to each of our projects. TAG can provide a complete array of individually certified professionals to offer materials testing and soil testing on projects such as highways, bridges, office buildings, schools, hospitals, utilities, and more. Our inspection experts provide an extension of your agency staff to ensure quality and minimize cost overruns.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEERING
TAG’s engineers have extensive experience providing a wide array of construction engineering expertise for land development, buildings, bridges, and more. Constructability risk issues must be efficiently and effectively mitigated. Risk, safety, materials, equipment, and resources must be managed to meet budget and schedule requirements. Our engineering capabilities have been successfully demonstrated on previous projects that include architectural engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and civil engineering.
